
On 22nd, April 2026, CDRI (Coalition for Disaster Resilient Infrastructure) hosted a conference titling “Mobilizing Finance for Resilience” in New Delhi. In one of the sessions, 4b: Roundtable discussion – ‘Modelling project level risks & benefits through Resilience Cost benefit Analysis’, Takuya Nakagawa, our Director to Technical & Projects Division, participated as a discussant. He shared his experiences of handling how cost and probable future benefits of resilience-enhanced infrastructure during the project appraisal process, thereby contributing to the session of infusing practical elements in the theme.
