Nippon Koei Co., Ltd, in Joint Venture with Nippon Koei India Pvt. Ltd., and Theme Engineering Services Pvt. Limited is the Contract Management & Supervision Consultancy CMSC-II, Jodhpur, Rajasthan RUIDP executing the Project since year 2020 under Rajasthan Urban Infrastructure Development. The objective of the Project is to provide Water supply system rehabilitated and expanded in project towns covering (i) Distribution network improvement, including digital network systems, on a district metering area (DMA) basis for NRW reduction, (ii) Provision of individual house service connections to residents, especially the poor and households headed by women, (iii) Provision of continuous water supply (24X7), (iv) Improvement of water supply efficiency by reducing NRW and energy losses of electromechanical machinery; and (v) Long term performance-based operation & maintenance. In addition, Wastewater and sanitisation system rehabilitated and expanded in project towns, Capacity Building and efficient program management implemented through PMCBC.
Project execution is completed more than 65% on average across 15 towns out of a total project area of 29 towns. Civil Contractors’ bidding process is underway.
