NKI Contribution towards Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for the F.Y. 2023-24:

Pursuant to section 135 read with Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Rules, 2014 and Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013, in the Financial Year 2023-24, NKI was required to contribute 2% of its Average Net Profit for the three immediately preceding Financial Years towards any of the CSR activities as specified under Schedule VII of the Act within 31st March 2024. Accordingly, NKI has made the above contribution in timely manner and successfully implemented the approved project, the brief details of which are as follows:
